Key Responsibilities:
● Lead 3–4 projects simultaneously with a combined team of 10–12 billable resources.
● Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, quality, and client reporting.
● Participate in requirement analysis, feature breakdown, effort estimation, and timeline
planning.
● Create and review project proposals, statements of work (SOW), and technical
specifications in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, resolve blockers, and
ensure timely outcomes.
● Act as the primary client contact, manage escalations, and ensure proactive
communication.
● Drive risk management, milestone tracking, and ensure alignment with business goals.
● Provide leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight for all assigned teams and
projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 6–8 years of experience in project management within an IT services environment.
● Proven ability to manage 10–12 resources across multiple projects.
● Strong experience in proposal/SOW creation, feature estimation, and technical spec
documentation.
● Hands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern delivery practices.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client escalation handling.
● Prior experience with US and European clients and global delivery models.
● Technical background (development, architecture, or solutioning) is preferred.
● Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Nice to Have:
● Certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
