About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior QA who combines strong technical skills with

critical thinking and ownership. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just test features, but

deeply understands systems, identifies risks early, and leverages AI-first approaches to

enhance quality, speed, and efficiency across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for assigned modules or products

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies (Functional, API, UI,

Regression, E2E)

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify

requirements and improve product quality

• Identify edge cases, hidden risks, and potential production issues proactively

• Build and maintain automation frameworks (UI/API) to improve test coverage and

efficiency

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman / Playwright / similar

• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure proper resolution

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites

• Drive improvements in QA processes, test coverage, and release quality

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices

AI-First Quality Engineering

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case creation, test data generation, and defect

analysis

• Use AI-assisted automation for smarter test coverage and faster feedback cycles

• Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches (self-healing locators, visual

validation, anomaly detection)

• Utilize AI for root cause analysis, log analysis, and predictive risk identification

• Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI tools to improve QA efficiency and

effectiveness

• Contribute to building AI-driven QA workflows and agentic testing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)

• Solid experience in API testing and backend validation

• Good understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
